Outdoor Cookery Masterclass - 5th April
Join us for a Spring Cookery Masterclass with local chef Sally Iddles.
Using the best of British spring produce, Sally will demonstrate cooking techniques on a range of outdoor equipment, including a Kamado Joe grill, a Charlie oven and a wood-fired oven.
Tickets include full instructions, delicious food & soft drinks throughout the event. Feel free to bring a tipple of your choice!
You'll even be sent all the recipes for everything cooked during the class.

Wood roasted beetroot humous with crudités
Whipped feta + wild garlic with blistered tomatoes
Quick flatbreads with Dellavita dough
Butterflied legs of lamb with wild garlic, rosemary + anchovy
with salsa verde
Asparagus, roasted onions + peppers
Rosemary and `bay roasted potatoes
Vanilla roasted rhubarb with Cointreau pistachios and clotted cream
