Salix alba 'Chermesina' - 125-150 cm 5 litre (Scarlet Willow)

This medium sized fast growing male deciduous willow has brilliant scarlet stems making it a great winter interest tree especially when planted to catch the low winter sun. It tolerates most soils but is probably best with some dampness. Requires hard pruning to encourage the brightly coloured new stems.
